Claims Management

Sasria’s technological and more advanced Claims Management System was launched a few months ago, making the claims process smooth and seamless for both the company and its customers. The system provides improved customer experience and a seamless, self-sufficient solution which can be easily managed and maintained

Producer engage

This module is used by agents and brokers to be able to access the homepage where key information is accessible to enable performance of self-serve functions; manage policy accounts by adding new clients, viewing or updating information, payment processing and claim reporting to name a few.

Vendor engage

This module makes it possible for insurance vendors to get real-time, omnichannel access to the claims information they need to communicate effectively with adjusters, manage service requests, update quotes, and respond quickly to policyholders’ needs.

Enhancing customer experience through
the new Claims Management System.
